Survey finds there is no single Celtic human gene

The largest genetic survey of Britain has shown that there were clear differences in DNA between the people of neighbouring counties.

The study, led by Oxford University, also showed how the UK was made up of small distinct populations, and for the first time, revealed there is no single Celtic gene group in Scotland, Cornwall and Wales.
